Well, Jack just hit the 2 month old mark. His reward, a doctor visit and 4 immunization shots... not so pleasant. He clocked in at 12lbs 9ozs and 24 inches a healthy 50% and 75% for each category. Unfortunately, Jack finally broke down and caught the family cold (Audrey's contribution) which he is not enjoying . We met with Sarah from Catholic charities today. This is 1 of 2 followup appointments to finalize adoption. Everything went well in the meeting, no surprises.
On the flip side, our contract work is almost done. Today they finished the flooring in the kitchen and reinstalled the baseboards. That leaves a new handrail for stair case, screens for our windows and a couple transition pieces for carpet to linoleum. Nothing that will take them long, but probably won't get finished until next week.
I will post some pictures of the almost finished product in the near future.
anyways it has been a crazy couple of weeks but things should calm down now, we hope
